Time and method of product delivery
Ordered products will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date of order.
During peak season, delivery may take longer than the above period.
How to handle returns

If you wish to cancel or return an order, please notify us within 7 days (3 months in case of damage/damage) after placing your order or receiving the merchandise.
The product must be returned in good condition and in the same packaging in which it arrived.

Cash on delivery is not available for purchases of 300,000 yen (tax included) or more.
