This family-run winery is located in the town of Madridejos, in the province of Toledo, in Spain’s Castile-La Mancha region, 120 kilometers south of Madrid. Over 50% of Spain’s wine is produced in Castilla-La Mancha. The vineyard area is 480,000 hectares and the wine production is 19,000,000 hectoliters. Bogave has been producing wine since 1914. Currently, the company owns 120 hectares of fields and leases 1,500 hectares. Approximately 1.6 million kilograms of grapes are processed annually. In the winery’s warehouse he can store 1.9 million liters of wine. Bogave wines are sold in Portugal, France, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, Russia, the United States, Canada and China, among other countries.
