BRAVDO Shiraz embodies the enchanting warmth of the Mediterranean in a bottle. Its vibrant color and intricate profile showcase a harmonious blend of ripe, succulent fruit, Mediterranean spices, and the gentle embrace of oak barrels.
The wine’s character is meticulously crafted, with grapes handpicked at the peak of ripeness in early September. Following the careful separation of grapes from clusters, the must undergoes a 21-day process of cool maceration, allowing for the full extraction of the fruit’s aromatic essence.
An unfiltered creation, the wine undergoes extended natural shading processes, ensuring a luxuriously rich aroma and flavor profile.
Maturation and refinement take place as the wine gracefully ages and evolves within oak barrels, predominantly sourced from French wood, for a period of 12 months.
