Harvested from the Mata Vineyard nestled in the heart of the Judean Hills, Flam Classico embodies an enticing Bordeaux-style red blend, comprised of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot, and 4% Syrah. This blend matures gracefully for ten months in oak barrels, presenting a visually captivating cloudy garnet hue that lightens delicately at the rim. Robust fruity aromas dominate, featuring an abundance of blueberries, raspberries, and assorted red and black fruits, maintaining a fresh profile without any hint of jamminess. Subtle aromatic notes of oak and vanilla add to the complexity. With a medium-bodied structure, the wine upholds robust acidity and gentle tannins. The palate delights in an array of fruit flavors complemented by a hint of spice, leading to a peppery finish. While it is currently enjoyable, this wine promises further refinement with aging potential of 2-5 years.
