About the wine:
The grapes were harvested manually in the early morning hours. The grapes arrived at the winery and after being manually sorted, every grape variety was processed separately, and aged separately for the first 6 months, afterwards we blended the final wine to achieve an accurate final blend. The blend kept on aging for another 6 months.
