Aging: 6 months in Cvevri with grape solids and 6 months with wine alone.
Beautiful amber color. Ripe loquat and tropical fruit aromas are accompanied by lemon, herbal tea, orange blossom, ginger, and slight black bread notes.
The mouthfeel is soft, with mineral-rich fruit harmonizing with a modest acidity, and the spice and astringency that lingers in the mid-palate and on the finish make this an impressive orange wine.
This wine pairs well with chicken dishes, sautéed white fish, fresh pasta, and pizza.
